During the recruitment process, the HR Department gather and store personal information for prospective staff members for the purpose of recruitment, these may include:

SOCIAL MEDIA & SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS

Any information you post or disclose on our social media or community forums (such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media applications) is public. We cannot control the use of information disclosed in social media platforms. Exercise caution when disclosing information in public areas and be careful what personal information you disclose and how you disclose it.

Content posted represents the views of the individuals who post that content and as such individuals bare sole and exclusive responsibility by posting of that content. We do not necessarily endorse, support or verify or agreed with any content posted on our social media or community forums.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT?

We will keep your personal data after we have finished with it as required by law.

We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purpose set out in this policy.

CHANGES OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL

Straightline Consulting Limited may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Straight Line Consulting Limited.

Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.

We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it.

Straightline Consulting Limited reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
